No, we don’t repair damaged bins.

Are wheelie bins waterproof?

Yes, the materials used in the construction of our wheelie bins are waterproof, and they are built for outdoor use.

Can I decorate my wheelie bin and/or add my house/apartment number to it?

If you're a domestic customer who is buying a wheelie bin for personal use, you can decorate it however you like. If you are replacing a council bin, you will need to check with your local council.

How quickly will I receive my bin(s) after ordering?

Bins are usually delivered between 3 and 5 working days after an order is placed, unless it is a custom order. You’ll receive an email from us if you place a custom order which will indicate approximately when you might receive your order.

What size bin do I need to replace my council bin?

What is the maximum weight a bin will take?

Our HDPE 1100-litre bin weighs around 52kg and can hold up to 450kg including its own weight. Please note: with this weight, the bin can be lifted on side-lifting trunnions only.

How do I send you logo artwork for my wheelie bins? What format does it need to be in?
