Notwithstanding any statuary rights, all items supplied by Container Care Solutions Ltd (the company) www.wheeliebinsolutions.co.uk (online store) are subject to these terms and conditions.
Delivery is included in the pricing but only applies to mainland England and Wales. The company will provide a quotation for other UK or international destinations.
When shipping more than one 2 wheeled bin we will stack the wheels and axles inside the corresponding wheelie bin. The process of fitting the wheels is very simple and will not require any tools. We may offer the purchaser a fitting service, however, extra costs will be applied.
If more than two or more 4 wheeled bins are supplied, they will be in stacks up to 4 bins high. The purchaser is responsible for decanting the bins, this can be done by laying the stack of bins on their fronts by pulling each bin from inside the one below. This process will require at least 2 people, Wheelie Bin Solutions will not be liable for any damage or injury caused. Should you require the bins to be sent as single units, extra shipping costs will be added.
All our Wheelie Bins are brand new and unused unless specified. It is possible that bins will suffer minor scuffing during the delivery process, the company will not refund or offer any reduction in cost due to this process. We will however ensure that every care is taken when shipping. Our Wheelie Bins are not wrapped for shipment.
All our Wheelie Bins are manufactured within EN840 strict guidelines and can be lifted using standard rear end lifting collection vehicles. The purchaser is responsible for checking that the wheelie bin (s) ordered will be collected by your waste management service provider or your local waste authority. We will not be held responsible for non-collection.
The capacities indicated are nominal and the dimensions approximate. The colours are indicative of our images provided.
Should you need to return a bin (s) or bins are not accepted for delivery, there will be a restocking fee of £5 per bin in addition to the actual cost of return shipping, which may vary (except due to a fault or shipping damage). If the customer prefers they may return the bin to us at their cost. If we have modified the Wheelie Bins to a customer's requirements, we reserve the right not to accept them back.
It is the customer's responsibility to dispose of any packaging we may use to protect the items dispatched. This packaging may include one or more pallets.
Deliveries to business addresses, it is assumed that the customer will be available to receive items in normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-6pm). If there are special delivery requirements which are not pre-agreed or redelivery is required, Container Care Solutions reserves the right to back charge the customer any direct costs charged by the transport company. Standard point of delivery is to the kerbside or loading bay. Proof of Delivery (POD) paperwork will be provided upon request.
All our 4 wheeled plastic containers have DIN lifting points (trunnions), it is the purchaser’s responsibility to check the height of the trunnions. Our 4 wheeled metal containers are supplied without Trunnions, please specify when ordering that they are required.
The company will provides a twelve month’s warranty from delivery for manufacturing or design defects. Normal wear and tear and any damage caused by any use, situation or activity for which the bin, or other item, is not specifically designed or intended for, is not covered. Should a customer consider any bin or part to be defective part, it must be returned to our warehouse, transportation charges prepaid by the customer. In all cases the company will require photographic evidence. Once the item(s) have been returned the company will analyse the item(s), or photographs. If the company determines that it has failed due to a defect in manufacturing, it will be replaced exworks (our warehouse) without charge.
The company retains title to any bins or other items it has supplied until payment is received in full for all outstanding Invoices.
The company has the right to use the credit/debit card details given by the customer, the customer must agree to Wheelie Bin Solutions charging the card for any outstanding / overdue payments, irrespective of which sales order the card information was originally provided for.
Container Care Solutions are not liable for consequential damages, liability in any circumstance shall be limited only to replacement of any item, or part thereof, excluding transport charges.
When ordering Wheelie Bins with tow kits, we will fit the bottom bin in each stack (max 4 per stack) with a tow kit. The remaining tow kits will be placed loose inside other bins. We can offer a fitting service on site if required but this will incur extra costs.
Delivery will take between 3-5 working days, however if bins are not available or need modifications such as drop fronts fitted, delivery will take longer. We will advise the purchaser(s) of the timescale.
