Black 180-litre wheelie bins are suitable for up to four full bags of rubbish. For many people, black or dark grey wheelie bins are the originals and are still used for general waste to send to landfill. But there's no reason why you shouldn't use black 180l bins for recyclable materials - the choice is yours. Our black 180-litre wheelie bins are made from HDPE with excellent fade resistance, so they'll keep their dark colour well even if stored in the sunlight.

Every black 180l wheelie bin comes equipped with reinforced stacking ribs for safe storage. They're compatible with Shape A comb-lifting systems too, making it easy to empty your bins using industry-standard equipment. And every 180-litre bin in black has the option of 200mm or 250mm rubber wheels, which are mounted to the durable zinc-plated steel axis for the easy manoeuvrability that wheelie bins are famous for.

Your 180l black wheelie bin is made in Germany using an injection moulded process that meets high production standards, including DIN EN 840 and RAL GZ 951/1. Look closely at your new 180-litre black bin and you'll see the required compliance marking, such as a decibel noise level and a CE quality symbol. Our 180l black bins comply with European Directive 2000/14/EC, so if you're using them for business purposes, we've got you covered. They also comply with all UK Council regulations.
